    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using Joni AI ("the Service"), provided by Zambuki LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Joni AI is an automated local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization tool. The Service includes automated review responses, Google Business Profile post generation, profile attribute management, and local search optimization features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

    3. Subscription & Billing

    The Service is offered at a flat rate of $499 per month. Billing begins on the date your account is activated and recurs monthly thereafter. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.

    4. Your Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and current business information for your Google Business Profile.
    • Grant and maintain authorized access to your Google Business Profile as needed for the Service to function.
    • Review and approve AI-generated content (posts, review responses) before or shortly after publication, as configured.
    • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Google's own policies and guidelines.
    • Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.

    5. Google Business Profile Compliance

    Joni AI operates within Google's published guidelines and best practices. However, you are ultimately responsible for the content published on your Google Business Profile. We are not liable for any actions Google may take regarding your profile, including suspension or removal, as a result of content published through the Service.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All software, branding, and proprietary technology associated with Joni AI remain the intellectual property of Zambuki. AI-generated content created for your business profile is licensed to you for use on your Google Business Profile and associated marketing channels.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zambuki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or search rankings. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will discontinue all automated activities on your behalf. You remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

    9. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
